FutureReadyAI is an independent AI teaching service based in Ontario, Canada. This notice explains the information handled through this website and teaching enquiries.

What you choose to share

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, learning goal, preferred lesson format, and permission to respond. Preferred days, times and time zone, a phone number, preferred contact method, and city are optional, except that a phone number is needed if you ask for a phone reply. Do not include passwords, financial records, a child’s name, or other sensitive information.

Why we use it

We use your details to respond to your request, discuss suitability and availability, arrange the service you choose, and keep a record of that conversation. A request is not a booking or payment. We do not sell your information or use enquiry permission to add you to a newsletter.

The planned Discord community

The separate, free community waitlist asks adults for a name, email, optional learning interests, and permission to receive updates about launching the planned Discord community. We save the permission version and signup time. This is not a Discord account, a paid membership, or a newsletter subscription. It does not grant access to a community that is already running.

Community interest stays separate from private lesson requests and the earlier family waitlist. You may withdraw launch-update permission or ask us to delete the record using the contact route below. Any future platform, membership price, collection notice, and terms will be explained before you choose to join.

Storage and service providers

The website is hosted through Sites and Cloudflare; enquiries and community interest are saved in separate protected Cloudflare D1 tables. An organiser notification is sent through FormSubmit to the organiser’s email inbox. The notification contains the contact and request details needed to respond. These providers may process information outside Canada. FormSubmit states that submitted messages are retained for 30 days; our database record is stored separately.

If you choose a booking or payment link, Cal.com and Stripe handle the information you provide on their pages under their own notices. We do not store card numbers on this website. An external community service, if introduced, will be identified before you join or share information there.

Existing family enquiries

Earlier family waitlist records retain their original purpose, contact permission, and timestamps. We do not automatically turn them into general marketing subscribers or paid members. Optional child age-band or interest information from those earlier requests remains separate from the new general enquiry form.

Retention and your choices

We review inactive enquiries for deletion after 12 months without further contact. Records needed for an ongoing service, accounting, a dispute, or a legal obligation may be retained longer. You can ask to access or correct your details, withdraw contact permission, or request deletion. We may need to verify that the request is yours before making a change.

Children and guardians

Adults arrange bookings. A guardian participates in lessons involving a minor and operates tools where their age rules require it. The enquiry form does not ask for children’s identities, school details, or home addresses.

Contact and changes

For privacy requests or questions, contact FutureReadyAI using the enquiry form. Select a general enquiry and describe the privacy request without including sensitive documents. Material changes to collection or use will be explained before we ask for new permission.
